Model observed on ~30 VoIP missions delivered between 2023 and 2026. Setup = base (€1,200–1,500 excl. VAT) + €70 to €90 excl. VAT per user (audit, deployment, number portability, training). Monthly: €4.50/user/month for sovereign Xivo, €6.50/user/month for 3CX cloud. Multi-site surcharge of €0.80/user/month for interconnection.

Three reasons: (1) Centrex relies on the operator, which takes a margin on each seat — that is their model. (2) With Xivo, you pay raw SIP consumption (€1–2/month) + DYB managed services (sovereign, mutualised). (3) High-end features (IVR, queues, supervision) are included in Xivo, as paid options on Centrex.

Xivo if sovereignty, self-hosting and complex dialplans matter (French SME, regulated sectors, multi-site). 3CX if you favour modern mobile apps and fast cloud deployment. Our estimator shows both, you decide with us during scoping.

Yes, portability is included in the displayed setup. Legal lead time: 6 working days, in practice 2 to 4 weeks depending on the outgoing operator. You keep all your existing numbers (geographic and 0800/0810), guaranteed by law (article L44 CPCE).

Yes in 80% of cases. Yealink, Snom, Cisco, Polycom, Gigaset, Grandstream handsets are compatible with Xivo and 3CX. Only analogue ISDN phones and Centrex proprietary-protocol handsets must be replaced. The audit at the start of the project identifies what can be reused.
