4. Recipients

Your data is processed exclusively by DYB teams. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. All business tools (appointment booking, forms, request tracking) are self-hosted on DYB infrastructure. Technical hosting providers used for the site:

OVHcloud (Roubaix, France) — web hosting
IONOS (Montabaur, Germany — EU) — redundant web hosting
DYB-owned infrastructure (France) — servers managed in-house by our teams

5. Retention period

Untransformed contact requests: 3 years after last contact
Client contracts: 10 years after end of contract (accounting obligation)
Server logs: 30 days

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability concerning your data. To exercise them, write to contact@dyb.eu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL — cnil.fr.

7. Cookies

This site uses no third-party cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad network). Only a few technical preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage (language, cookie banner dismissal, last route visited). You can clear them at any time via your browser settings.

8. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Forms are transmitted encrypted. No sensitive data (password, card number) is collected. All our hosting is located in the European Union (France at OVHcloud, France on DYB infrastructure, Germany at IONOS).
